Gorilla Cart
I’m always surprised by how much action this cart sees. I initially bought it to move sand around my yard, but it has been used for so much more. I use it to move products and other equipment around the yard. I set up a mixing station in it when applying products to the lawn. I've even used it to haul firewood at my parents cabin. It comes in several different sizes, the most common being 4 cu. ft and 7 cu. ft. Here is a video comparing the two sizes if you're not sure which one you'd like to have. Spyker Spreader
Spyker continues to impress and I can’t recommend their spreaders enough. Spyker's spreaders are built to last, and they are built to work hard. The hopper holds more than they advertise, and the pneumatic tires make pushing it around smooth and easy. Most important, the adjustable handle is longer than other brands, and more comfortable.They also make a hand held spreader (for smaller lawns) that is much less expensive, but works great.
Smart Sprinkler Controller
There is nothing more annoying than walking back and forth in and out of the garage to test sprinkler zones. These controllers are also important tools to help conserve water. Don’t be the neighbor whose sprinklers are running on rainy days!
Accu Pour Measuring Pitchers
A solid measuring pitcher is important. The Accu Pour pitchers are built tough and are clearly marked. I use them all the time to measure liquid products, but they are also great for scooping and weighing out granular products, too. I have the following sizes in my garage.

There is nothing more satisfying than watching this thing work. The interchangeable cartridge is easy to swap out, and this little machine works hard, and it shows. The results were beyond anything I ever expect. If you have a smaller sized yard (best for under 5k sq ft areas), this is a great tool to have in the garage. Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel

I have found this to be my new go-to weed killer. It works fast and it works really well for clover and common broadleaf weeds, among many other things.
